Strengthening The Congress
I am always ready to carry the legacy of Late. Vasantdada’s ideals with the common man as the focal point for his overall development and to inculcate the goals and policies of the Congress party in the minds of the people. A difficult situation has arisen in the country at present and now only the idea of Congress can save the country. This idea is to be inculcated in the minds of the people. In order to achieve the glorious tradition of Sangli and to raise the Congress flag in the district, the idea of the Congress is to be spread from door to door by mobilizing the workers.
All Round Development Of The District
How can the administration be truly pro-people? We have always tried to discuss this with the administration from time to time and guide them in planning the exact solution to all the problems. In order to solve the problem of floods in Sanglis every monsoon, the panacea is to be implemented by finding a suitable solution through the flood control coordination committee in consultation with the seniors and in consultation with the leaders of the Mahavikas Aghadi.During the Kovid period, the health system in the district was in a state of disrepair. Therefore, efforts will be made to make this system more efficient. As the beneficiary of various development schemes of the government is an important factor, I will always try to be available to reach the grassroots of this government scheme with the help of activists in various places.
Comprehensive Cooperation
Sangli has such a distinct identity as the most important district in Western Maharashtra. Urban, semi-urban, rural and remote areas all come under our Sangli district. The most important component of all these areas is the farmers through the District Bank. Therefore, there is a lot more to be done for the overall development of the farmers through Sangli District Central Bank. I have always emphasized on working for the development of the agricultural sector in Sangli district on the basis of the three principles of financing, technology and fair market prices.
Women Empowerment
Through the “Me Sakshama” campaign, initiatives have been taken to strengthen today’s independent-minded women and will continue to do so on a large scale. Women should be given a place of dignity and respect in the society. Today’s woman is advanced but she is getting spontaneous response from the women class by implementing various activities in various places in Sangli district through “Mee Sakshama” thinking about how she will become more proficient. Recipe shows, craft shows, legal advice, women’s health programs, food exhibitions, Mahadaga and many more have made “Me Sakshama” a popular topic among women.
Job Creation
The number of educated youth is increasing. Poor students need donation free vocational education and unemployed people need jobs according to their ability. With this in view, many initiatives have been implemented in the field of employment attainment through various employment fairs and other programs and they are to be implemented with more vigor in the future. Vasantdada Shetkari Sahakari Sugar Factory is now in full swing. Through this, employment generation will be boosted by setting up more new projects. Efforts will be made to start a comprehensive scheme keeping in view the new opportunities available in the industry and business.
